            Jennifer Budd is a certified team coach, executive coach, and coach supervisor, as well as a consultant, trainer, and facilitator. She leverages more than two decades of experience in the professional development field to help people do their best work. A lifelong learner, Jennifer recently became one of the first coaches in the world to earn the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
            Elizabeth's experience leading others and being a member of faced-paced, expert teams made her curious about why some leaders and teams are successful, and others struggle. She studied leadership and organizational development and started an integrated practice as a leadership and team coach, consultant, and facilitator. She has 20+ years of experience working with senior and C-level leaders and teams in commercial, nonprofit, and government sectors. Elizabeth helps leaders and organizations be highly effective and impactful in their work and their work relationships by creating new insights and sustainable practices that achieve results.
